2. Injectors
Yesterday, when i was accelerating to the fullest speed from highway paytoll, i experienced an abrupt drop in power like the engine is out of gas or injectors are not firing anymore. Today, i pulled out the spark plugs, 3 were drenched in gazoline, the fourth one was dry. I put tissue over each injector hole, and when i turn the engine on without sparks, the three with gazoline jump right out. The 4th one remains shut. I tried to test the ground connections of ECU pins 14,30 and 48/55. I found zero ohm. I'm assuming the issue is somewhere else.
I also tried to reset PID but without success. The car will start when the G28 is unplugged, and it is running fine with the G28 connected. However, the intermittent misfire problem continues to occur at higher RPM. The temperature sensor key for audi coolant (G62) shows the wrong temperature of that is -49c even after unplugging it. I also noticed that the oil gauge in the cockpit shows 2 bar while the actual pressure is 0.
I don't know what to do. I think I've all other possibilities out. However, i'm afraid that i might have missed something. Please let me know should you have any suggestions! TIA!
3. Fuel Pump
The fuel pump in the g28 can be activated by a signal sent from the RPM sensor.
